How does it work?
Hussein will set up a consultation to get a feel for the event and venue, select your menu and discuss your budget. All ingredients will be freshly sourced from the best providores and all tastes and food requirements can be accommodated.
How much does it cost?
Hussein will give a quote per head for functions with over 20 guests that includes his time and ingredients. The costs of any waiting staff and equipment will be passed on to the client at cost, with no surprise fees.
